Apple pushes the second beta of iOS 16.2 and iPadOS 16.2 updates to developers

iOS 16.2's second beta and iPadOS 16.2's developer preview updates have been announced by Apple.

About two weeks ago, Apple released the first beta versions of iOS 16.2 and iPadOS 16.2, and the company continues to distribute beta versions through which developers can preview future updates.

Apple explains the possibility of downloading the second beta version of updates through developers registered in the preview program. iOS 16.2 and iPadOS 16.2 updates are also scheduled to come with the new Freeform application from Apple, an application that supports users in quickly taking notes, drawings, or creating panels that cross about the situation.

The app also supports users in multi-user collaboration on Freeform boards, with real-time synchronization support for all subscribers.

For iPad users, the iPadOS 16.2 update comes with Stage Manager support for multitasking, to support running up to 8 apps on the screen and using apps at the same time, and support for external screens is also available for iPads with M1 and M2 chips.
